Role overview
Monopoly HR & Recruitment is accepting applications on behalf of a client company specialising in exterior finishing and cladding.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare, develop, and review architectural and execution drawings for exterior finishing and façade projects.
• Convert approved concepts and designs into accurate, coordinated, and buildable technical drawings.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and material specifications.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and site requirements.
• Review dimensions, quantities, materials, fixing systems, and execution details.
• Support the site team by responding to technical queries and issuing required drawing revisions.
• Maintain drawing registers, document control, version accuracy, and project records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced command of AutoCAD and strong experience preparing execution drawings.
• Practical understanding of façades, exterior finishing, cladding systems, materials, and construction detailing.
• High attention to detail and strong coordination, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with technical and site teams.
