Certificate
Certificate of Successful Completion: awarded to participants who meet the attendance requirement, complete the practical assignments, and pass the approved final assessment. Certificate of Attendance: may be issued to participants who meet the attendance requirement but do not complete all passing requirements, according to Monopoly’s training policy.
Certificate requirement
Trainees must attend at least 80% of program sessions to receive the certificate.

- Is the programme practical?
- Yes. Participants practise agenda design, facilitation, decision documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up through applied cases.
Withdrawal & refund policy
Cancellation and transfer policy:
• More than 48 hours before the programme starts: 100% refund or full credit valid for 30 days.
• Between 24 and 48 hours: 75% refund or credit.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or credit.
• After the programme starts: fees are non-refundable, except where Monopoly cancels or formally reschedules the programme.
• Transfers to another cohort are subject to seat availability and written approval.
Requests must be submitted through an official Monopoly communication channel.
