Hospitality
Package 1
Basic Hospitality Package (USD 4 per person): freshly brewed coffee, two homemade cookies, and mineral water.
Package 2
Standard Hospitality Package (USD 7 per person): hot beverage, light sandwich or pastry, a sweet item, and mineral water.
Package 3
Premium Hospitality Package (USD 12 per person): a selection of hot and cold beverages, sandwiches and pastries, a sweet or fruit item, and mineral water.
Payment terms
Payment is due according to the confirmed booking or approved quotation. Internet packages, hospitality, printing, overtime, and additional services are charged separately unless expressly included in the selected plan.
Booking & cancellation
Bookings are subject to availability and become confirmed only after official approval and completion of the required payment. Use is limited to the booked period and approved capacity. Changes and cancellations are handled under the published booking policy. Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Friday access requires prior approval.
