How does a company really work from the inside? Who makes decisions, and how do marketing, sales, finance, human resources, operations, customer service and IT coordinate their efforts? Fundamentals of Management is designed to give students, recent graduates and job seekers a practical, connected view of the business environment—beyond isolated definitions. Across ten applied sessions, participants move from understanding organisational structure to planning and presenting a virtual product launch, helping them identify a suitable career direction and enter the workplace with greater confidence and professional awareness.

Certificate of Successful Completion: awarded to participants who meet the attendance requirement, complete the required assignments, and successfully pass the approved final assessment.


Certificate of Attendance: may be issued to participants who meet the attendance requirement without fulfilling all completion requirements, in accordance with Monopoly policy.


The certificate does not constitute an academic degree or professional licence unless a specific external accreditation is explicitly stated.

Do I need previous experience?
No. This is a foundation program designed for beginners and anyone seeking an integrated understanding of the business environment.
Is the program theoretical or practical?
It combines concise instruction with cases, exercises, simulations, teamwork and a final project.
How long is the program ?
Thirty training hours delivered over ten three-hour sessions.
When are the sessions held?
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. The start date and time zone must be displayed before registration opens.
What will I be able to do afterwards?
You will understand core business functions and their interdependence, interpret basic indicators, contribute more effectively at work and make a clearer career choice.
Is there a final project?
Yes. Teams create an integrated plan for launching a virtual product or service and present it for feedback.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, subject to the approved attendance and assessment requirements. The certificate type and passing conditions must be stated before registration.
What attendance is required?
At least 80% of the program sessions.
Are fees refundable?
The published withdrawal and refund policy applies, based on when cancellation is received before the program starts.
Can I use different payment methods?
Yes, using the approved methods displayed during registration.
Can companies request a private cohort?
Yes. Content, examples and schedule can be tailored to organizational needs.
Is post-programme support available?
Approval required: add a follow-up session, reference materials or alumni support only if these services are available.

Withdrawal & refund policy

  1. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid, or conversion of the full amount to credit valid for 30 days. No cancellation fee applies.

  2. Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours: 75% of the amount paid is refunded or transferred to credit; a 25% cancellation fee applies.

  3. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the amount paid is refunded or transferred to credit; a 50% cancellation fee applies.
